Food
& Wine Magazine
is honoring 20 years of “Top Chefs” in Aspen,
Colorado June 13-15. Iven’s Executive Chef will
enjoy a weekend of cooking demonstrations, food
samplings, wine tasting and camaraderie with
other “Best New Chefs” from the past 20 years.
(Click here to see what those chefs, including
our Chef Tim from year 1991, are up to today).
Living at the Water’s Edge:
The Minneapolis Star Tribune inserted a
specialty publication in their Saturday, April
26 edition focusing on waterside living in
Minnesota. Brainerd Lakes Chamber highlighted
the year-round recreation offered in the
beautiful lakes area encouraging visitors. We
were delighted to have Iven’s written up as
“where to eat when you come in off the lake”.
Ladies Night Out:
Tess Taylor of WJJY will be the hostess on
Thursday, May 8 for Ladies Night Out. She is
hoping to meet you on the deck or else in our
Martini Bar!
